1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of suitape.com ("Suitape", "we", "us") and all games and pages on it. By using the site, playing a game or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Suitape.

2. Who can use Suitape

You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom.
You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and can't be shared, sold or transferred.

We may ask you to confirm your age or details, and may close accounts that don't meet these rules.

3. Free-to-play, no real money

Suitape is a free social gaming website. It is not a gambling service. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy, and no prizes of money or real-world value.

Virtual coins, credits and XP are free, have no monetary value and can't be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or cashed out.
We may change the amount of coins, bonuses, XP or levels at any time.
Results in free games do not mean you would have similar results in real-money gambling.

4. Your account

You can play every game without an account. If you create one, you can sign up with email and password or with Google. You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Accounts are stored on our server. You can delete yours at any time from My account.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

use bots, scripts or automated tools, or try to manipulate coins, XP or levels;
try to access other people's accounts, our server files, logs or systems;
interfere with, copy, reverse-engineer or frame our games or pages;
send abusive, unlawful or spam messages through our forms.

6. Our games and content

All games, artwork, text, logos and the Suitape name are owned by us or our licensors. Games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. Some icon artwork is used under open licences.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Suitape running, but games and features are provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, changed or removed. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Suitape means you accept the changes.

8. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used by someone under 18 or outside the UK, or is linked to misuse. You can close your account at any time. Because coins have no value, nothing is owed to you when an account is closed.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, as Suitape is free, we're not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Law and contact
