About our games
Who makes the games?
All 31 games on Suitape are our own. They're designed and built by the Suitape studio and hosted on our own server at suitape.com/our-games/. We don't use third-party game networks.
What kinds of games are there?
Slot-style games with lots of different themes (adventure, myth, mystery, arcade, party and classic), plus instant-win games: Diamond Scratch, Keno and Plinko.
Do I need to sign up to play?
No. Every game works without an account — open the game page and press Play. Signing in only adds your saved wallet, XP, levels and the daily bonus.
Can I win money or prizes?
No. Suitape is free-to-play social gaming. There are no prizes of money or real-world value, and nothing to buy.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Games run in your browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. Use the Fullscreen button on any game page for the best view.
Your account & sign-in
How do I create an account?
Go to Create account, enter your name, email, UK phone number and a password (8+ characters with a letter and a number), confirm you are 18+ and in the UK, and accept our Terms. Or use "Continue with Google".
How does sign-in work?
When you sign in, our server checks your password against its stored hash and starts a secure session. A strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
Where are my login details kept?
On our own server, as a protected file that can't be opened from the web. Your password is never stored as you typed it — only as a one-way hash. Nothing about your login is kept in tables or pages anyone can see.
I forgot my password.
Write to Player Care below and choose "Forgot password". We will verify the request using the email on your account and help you get back in.
Too many wrong passwords?
After five wrong tries the account is locked for 15 minutes to protect it. Wait and try again, or contact us.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Google confirms your name and email to our server, which checks the sign-in directly with Google. New Google players add a UK phone number to finish sign-up.
Coins, XP & levels
What are coins?
Coins are free virtual points that live in your account wallet. You get 50,000 when you join and can collect 10,000 more every 24 hours. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out.
How do I earn XP?
Opening a game while signed in earns 10 XP (once per game every 10 minutes), and collecting your daily bonus earns 25 XP.
What are the levels?
Rookie (0 XP), Challenger (100), Contender (300), Pro (700), Elite (1,500) and Legend (3,000). Reaching each new level adds bonus coins to your wallet automatically.
Do games use my wallet coins?
Each game shows its own free play credits inside the game. Your wallet, XP and level are kept on our server and shown on your account page.
Safety & privacy
Are your forms secure?
Yes. Every form on Suitape — sign-up, sign-in, contact and Player Care — is sent to and handled on our server over HTTPS. Nothing you type is published or shown to anyone else.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We use your details only to run your account and reply to you.
Do you keep records of form submissions?
Our server keeps a private log of form submissions (date, form, name, email and outcome) so we can answer requests and spot misuse. Passwords are never logged. The log can't be opened from the web.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and use "Delete account" on My account. It removes your account file from our server straight away. You can also ask Player Care.
If a game won't play
The game is a black screen.
Press Reload under the game. If it still doesn't load, refresh the page, check your connection and make sure your browser is up to date.
There's no sound.
Most browsers block sound until you tap or click inside the game. Check the game's own sound button and your device volume.
It's too small on my phone.
Turn your phone sideways and use the Fullscreen button for the best view.
Which browsers work?
Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on desktop, Android and iOS.
